RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY
(only applicable to reservations where a booking deposit is required)
CUSTOMER RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following represents an Agreement between Royal China. (Royal China) and (Patron) outlines specific conditions and services to be provided.
If the guest or organiser fails to volunteer sufficient information pertaining to special menu requirements (for religious, dietary or preference reasons) within 48 hours prior to the event, which leads to Royal China to only able to offer a reduced menu of less than the agreed number of courses, we reserve the right to apply the agreed menu cost per person, in addition to all beverages consumed.
All food and beverage costs include value added tax but are subject to a discretionary service charge of 13% which will be added to the final bill. All prices listed are subject to change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fee for Full or Partial Cancellation after receipt of booking deposit.
In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours’ notice, the Restaurant may, at its discretion, charge £20 per person to the credit or debit card that you have provided to secure your reservation.
If for any reason beyond the Restaurant’s or Guest’s reasonable control, including but not limited to fires; flood or other emergency conditions; and delay in necessary and essential repairs of the Restaurant; the Restaurant or the Guest is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement as reasonably expected, such non-performance is excused, and such party may terminate this agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the Restaurant or the Guest be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.
By providing us with your credit card details to charge the booking deposit, it is deemed that you agree to the above stated terms and conditions.
